Spend a fun-filled weekend in Lake Tahoe surrounded by your furry friends! Spend the day skiing, snowmobiling, and playing in the snow. Then, return to a luxury cabin for home-cooked food and fuzzy company.

AAWoO  is an annual event that's been hosted since 2017, originally in South Lake Tahoe — though we recently moved to the Truckee in order to explore Pallisades ski resort together.

Acitivties include:

  • Skiing + snowboarding - Take in South Tahoe's gorgeous vista as you shred the famous snow.
  • Snowmobiling - Tear up the backcountry on a turbocharged sled.
  • Sledding - Shoot down the slopes on a bouncy inner tube.
  • Cabin-ing - Chill in the hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, movie theatre, or by the fireplace. Listen to vinyl, meet new friends, take it easy now and then.

AAWoO lets you be you! Want to ski non-stop? Send it! Feeling more of a relaxing cabin weekend? You'll be in good company! There's plenty of flexibility for whatever you'd like to do, but here's what the biggest group of people will be doing:

  • Thursday: Ride up into the snow and enjoy a big Tahoe casino buffet upon arrival. Check out the hot tub and pass out in a food coma.
  • Friday: A full day of Skiing and Snowboarding, followed by relaxation back in the warmth of the cabin.
  • Saturday: Fursuit skiing! Enjoy all the smiling faces from the crowds and get some great pics.
  • Sunday: Snowmobiling (or skiing): get you adrenaline flowing on gas speed machines! Then, end the day with a full evening of relaxation. No need to worry about traffic or an early checkout; we go back on Monday.
  • Monday: pack up, head out, and get back in the early afternoon with plenty of time to unpack and get some rest before work Tuesday.
